Welcome to the first official Christmas post of the season! I know everyone doesn’t celebrate Christmas, so I’m going to try and keep my post mostly end of the year wrap-ups, goal setting and new year based, but I love Christmas, so I had to do at least one Christmassy post!

Honestly I really struggled with this question because the only one I really have is ‘Let it Snow’ by John Green, Maureen Johnson and Lauren Myracle, which everyone seems to pick, but I went through my goodreads and found ‘Issie ad the Christmas Pony’ by Stacy Gregg instead! Stacy Greggs horse stories were some of my favourite as a child because I was a little horse mad!

Harry Potter. Sorry but it’s is clearly the only right answer!

Pick a book you want to read over the festive period

I’m currently re-reading Harry Potter bcause I think it is the perfect cosy Christmas read since everyone gets together and things are sort of like old times and Harry Potter gives me that nostaligic feeling of coming home. At the rate I’m going I’ll probably finish them before Chritsmas though, so I’ll likely read Legendary by Stephanie Garber.

Pick a book that’s so good it gives you the chills

Caraval by Stephanie Garber. I just finished reading this and I loved it so much! So magical, atmospheric and you never know what is going to happen next!

Pick a book that’s going on your Christmas wishlist

The set of Harry Potter books with the spines that make a picture of Hogwarts.
