Hello Everyone!
As I’m sure you can tell from the title, this is going to be a bit of different post. I posted a life update post a few weeks ago, which explains what is going on in my life in a bit more detail, so I will link that here for you if you haven’t already seen it: Life Update: 05/01/2019. The short version of that post is that I am very busy. I am in the last few months of my school career and I have some very important exams coming up before I head off to college. I have a lot of coursework to do and need a lot of time to spend on studying, so that I can get the best grades possible.
I have been trying my best to keep up with blog posts this year, but as my exams grow closer and closer, I am finding it harder to keep up with writing 2 blog posts a week, taking photos for my blog and my 2 Instagram accounts, doing coursework, studying and making revision resources and still look after myself and show up to family commitments. I desperately wanted to be able to keep up with everything while studying for these exams, but I’ve been finding that it is just too much. I can’t afford to sacrifice any time spent studying, which means something else has to go and my blog seemed like the most logical option.
Don’t worry. I’m not going to just disappear completely and this is definitely only a temporary thing. Once my exams are over I will be back on here posting regularly again and hopefully by then I will have re-vamped my blog even more as well and I can start bringing even better content. I am not planning to disappear completely offline, so i will still be posting on here a bit and I will still be over on my Instagram fairly regularly. I am still planning on posting wrap-ups and tbr’s because those don’t take too much planning and I like having them for my own reference to catalogue what I read and when, but it will be other posts that won’t be quite as frequent.
I hope you all understand why I am taking a little break and that you’ll still stick around for a few months until I have more time to focus on my blog and reading more.
