That is the question I ask myself

Day in

Day out

About everything

Every

Tiny

Thing

 

I like to have control

I like to know what is going to happen

When it is going to happen

And how it is going to happen

But I don’t

I can’t.

I have become obsessed with knowing

With controlling

Everything.

 

When I can’t know everything,

I panic

I can’t seem to do anything else

Even though I know it won’t help
