Things I am loving

Happy Friday Everyone!

Today I thought I would do something new and tell you all about the things I am loving or enjoying at the moment. I am sure you have all seen favourite videos on YouTube and this is going to be the same sort of thing, but it a blog post instead of a video. I know I quite enjoy finding out what people are loving in the moment because I think it tells you a bit more about them and can inspire you to try new things as well. With that said then, let’s not waste anymore time and get started…

Scrapbooking

This is something quite new that I am starting with. I am really into art and there have been a lot of videos circulating at the moment of people doing “plan with me” videos and such things. They have really inspired me to give it a try and start documenting my travels and my life in a fun and creative way.

Photography

This is another new found love of mine! I have always liked the idea of taking photos and I love seeing what other people do and so when I was given my GCSE options booklet and was told I could do photography I didn’t even think twice. I now have my own camera and I truly can’t wait until September to start the course.

Music

Music had always been a love of mine and I play several musical instruments myself, but I have been really getting back into enjoying other people’s music and I have discovered several new artists that I love. I am also still completely in love with Ed Sheeran’s new album – divide.

Books

It is probably no surprise to you all that I love books, but recently I have been really trying to read more. I have been falling behind a bit lately because I had exams and there is so much else I had to do, but I really do enjoy reading and wanted to fit it back into my life as well as expand my horizons. I am also especially loving Cassandra Clare’s books and there is a book review on the way, so stay tuned for that!

Sharing my work

I haven’t ever really said this, but I really do enjoy sharing my work online. I am really happy with my Instagram feed and my photography on it and I have started to use Twitter a lot more. Being able to share my work and my life with people online is so amazing and I truly believe that starting this blog was one of the best things I ever did.

Starbucks

Last but not least is my all time favourite place to buy hot chocolate. I have always loved Starbucks, so this is nothing new, but no favourites list would be complete without my favourite caramel hot chocolate on it!
